A HELMET-WEARING vandal has been caught setting fire to a traffic camera in Windsor, a suburb of Melbourne, on April 2.
Victoria Police said they were investigating the incident, which took place yesterday at about 6am local time. The culprit tampered with the red-light camera before deciding to set it alight. The fire caused significant damage to the camera.
