VLADIMIR PUTIN may not be on speaking terms with the West but it seems the Russian people can’t get enough of one British export — the Top Gear Live show. Last week Jeremy Clarkson and friends sold out two dates in Moscow and a third in St Petersburg. One wag was moved to question on Twitter the need for the show to go to Moscow: “Why go to Russia? Just wait for the Russians to come to you.”
