CAR FANS will be able to lend their support to Help for Heroes when a VW Golf GTi cabriolet is auctioned to help raise funds for the charity next Monday, May 12.

The F-plate car, registered in 1988, has covered 89,000 miles and is being donated by its lady owner who bought it back in 1990. Finished in metallic blue with a grey cloth interior, it comes with the original VW-branded shopping bag and matching baseball caps that it was originally sold with.

The special Golf will enter the auction ring at BCA Blackbushe near Camberley at around 12 noon. The company is waiving all sale fees to ensure it makes as much money as possible for Help for Heroes.
