Action
Followed car driver at a constant distance and recorded speeds of between 40 and 45 mph. No safe place to stop, so followed into her drive. Informed driver of my actions and observations.

Driver said `You were following me ? I explained that this was correct and this was how I knew her speed. I pointed out that we'd received complaints from residents. She said, `Oh yes, I did write in ...'
